At Eeterij De Beleving, our atmospheric family restaurant in Noordwijk, everything revolves around hospitality and preparing tasty dishes. Our varied menu is full of surprises and offers our guests the ultimate culinary experience. We are now looking for a driven intern or BBL apprentice to strengthen our kitchen team. And the best news? You will be working in a brand new kitchen, equipped with the latest equipment, and you will receive guidance from an experienced and certified learning master!
What will you do?
- Under the guidance of our experienced chefs and our certified apprentice, you will learn to prepare dishes independently.
- You will learn how to present each dish not only tastefully, but also attractively.
- You will be introduced to HACCP rules and ensure that the kitchen remains neat and organized.
- Together with the kitchen team, you will ensure smooth service.
- You will think about new ideas for our menu and learn new techniques to make dishes even better.
Who are you?
- You are training to become a chef (BBL or internship) and are looking for an apprenticeship.
- You are creative and curious about new flavors and techniques.
- You work accurately and have an eye for detail.
- You can handle crowds well and know how to keep an overview in a dynamic kitchen.
- You have a passion for cooking and strive to perfect every dish to perfection.
