Do you have experience as a manager in the hospitality industry and are you looking for a new challenge? At Eeterij De Beleving in Noordwijk, we are looking for an enthusiastic waitressing manager to strengthen our cozy team. In our cozy family restaurant everything revolves around hospitality and quality, and as manager you play an important role in providing the ultimate experience for our guests.
What will you do?
- You will lead the service team and make sure everything runs smoothly during lunch and dinner.
- You will be the first point of contact for the team and our guests, ensuring excellent service.
- You will keep an overview of the operation, create work schedules and coordinate daily operations.
- You ensure that guests feel welcome and enjoy their visit to the fullest.
- You will train and mentor new employees, motivating the team to do their best.
- You will think about improvements in service and operations, and help organize events and special occasions.
Who are you?
- You have leadership experience in the hospitality industry and know how to manage a team well.
- You are hospitable, stress-resistant and can keep an overview even during busy times.
- You have an eye for detail and strive for perfection in service.
- You are a team player who knows how to motivate and inspire colleagues.
- You are flexible and willing to work both daytime and evening hours and weekends.
