With a varied menu full of surprises, we provide an ultimate experience that our guests will not soon forget. And now we are looking for an enthusiastic sous-chef to join our kitchen team. The best part? You will be working in a brand new kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment!
What will you do?
- Together with the head chef, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen.
- You will help conceive and prepare innovative seasonal dishes where your creativity is given free rein.
- With your eye for detail, you make sure that each dish not only tastes delicious, but also looks perfect.
- You ensure that hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP) are always in order.
- You motivate and supervise the kitchen team so that everyone works together for top service.
- You think about how we can make our menus and techniques even better.
Who are you?
- You have a completed chef training and some previous experience as a sous chef (or in a similar role).
- You are always looking for new flavors and techniques and bursting with creativity.
- You have leadership skills and enjoy coaching and motivating your team.
- Even when things get busy, you maintain an overview and are good at handling stress.
- Perfection on the board is your motto – you go for that perfect presentation!
